范吉阳,太阳集团1088vip教授,博士生导师,IAAM Fellow1996年山东大学光学系本科毕业,2001年中国科学院理论物理研究所硕士毕业,2006年南京大学物理系获理学博士学位。多次赴香港城市大学物理系从事合作研究。2012年作为国家公派高级研究学者在美国阿肯色大学物理系从事合作研究。主要研究领域为半导体材料物理和纳米光子学。已在PROG. MATER. SCI.PHYS. REV. LETT.NANO LETT.SMALLCHEM. MATER.APPL. PHYS. LETT.J. PHYS. CHEM. LETT.等期刊上发表七十余篇SCI论文。在德国Springer出版社出版学术专著一部(online download 1.4余次)。论文和专著已被引用2800余次(Google Scholar),单篇最高引用380余次。APLJPCLADV. MATER.JACS等七十余种SCI期刊审稿人。2013年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划。作为完成人之一的项目“半导体微纳结构光致发光机制与拉曼散射研究”获2017度教育部自然科学奖一等奖。作为完成人之一的项目“基于拉曼光谱的多重信息存储和识别器件基础研究”获2021年度江苏省科学技术奖三等奖。

Jiyang Fan received the B.Sc. in optics from Shandong University in 1996, M.Sc. in theoretical physics from the Institute of Theoretical Physics in the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2001, and Ph.D. in condensed matter physics from Nanjing University in 2006. He is a fellow of IAAM (International Association of Advanced Materials). He visited and conducted research in Department of Physics of City University of Hong Kong several times during 2005–2010. He was a senior visiting scholar in Department of Physics of University of Arkansas (USA) during 20122013. Our research group has studied the physical properties of various types of semiconductor nanomaterials (particularly quantum dots) for many years. The major current research interest of our group involves semiconductor nanocrystals focusing on their electronic, optical, and mechanical properties; other interests include carbon nanomaterials, plasmonics, and applications of nanocrystals in optoelectronic devices. He has coauthored more than seventy peer-reviewed journal (including Prog. Mater. Sci., Phys. Rev. Lett., Nano Lett., Small, Chem. Mater., Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Phys. Chem. Lett.) papers and one monograph (Springer). He has served as the invited reviewer for over seventy SCI-indexed journals. He was supported by the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University funded by Chinese Ministry of Education. He is one of the members of the team who won the 2017 Chinese Ministry of Education Natural Science Award (First Class). He is one of the members of the team who won the 2021 Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Award (Third Class).
